Ownership
Kim is part of the ownership, President, and a second generation leader at CJ. She loves being part of a passionate, hardworking team and takes pride in watching employees grow and succeed. She values supporting clients’ vision and building lasting relationships throughout her 38 year career. Kim is honored to help guide the third generation forward, continuing the family legacy started in 1984.

Greg Rudy is part of the second-generation ownership team at CJ & Associates and a Senior Account Manager. He began in the industry at 16, bringing years of hands-on experience and a strong investment in CJ’s continued growth. Greg enjoys collaborating with his team, supporting clients, and helping projects run smoothly. He takes pride in seeing both his clients and coworkers succeed and grow. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time at his family cabin on Long Lake.
