The CJA  Story

Three Generations of Dedication

CJ & Associates is a second-generation family-owned and run business. We have continued to grow, learn, adapt, explore, experiment, fail, and try again – until we succeed. We’re a loyal, hardworking, skilled, competitive, fun-loving, kind, caring, and a GREAT group of people.

For four decades, three generations worked with our committed employees who have dedicated their careers to CJ & Associates, most for over 15 years.

Roots That Run Deep

In 1984, Curt and Judy didn’t start with much. A strong marriage, 600 square feet of office space, no staff, and no clients. What they did have was a belief that a great business could be built on integrity and having unshakable faith in each other.

This belief continues to drive CJ & Associates today. Now, with over 25000 square ft of facilities between the New Berlin and Green Bay offices and 29 employees, CJ & Associates is positioned for growth. We still follow the mission established by Curt four decades ago when he said, “I’ll promise you, we won’t let you down.” You can trust our team to always do what we say and say what we do, holding these values to our core.

Our Mission & Values

From inspiration to installation, CJ & Associates commits to providing high-quality business interior products and services for everything walls-in. We will impact our customers, our community, and each other through generously living our core values in everything we do.

Founded On Tradition

Three generations of expertise and excellence in commercial interiors guide our CJ & Associates, Inc. team, where we are rooted in old-fashioned family values of integrity, honesty, commitment, and trust.

We Take Time To Listen

We take the time to discover the extraordinary story behind each company we partner with, respecting their individual uniqueness, vision, and long-term goals to devise the most successful space solution.

We Build Together

We will always take a consultative approach over a sales approach, prioritizing the process of building strong relationships with the people behind each company we are honored to collaborate with. We commit to delivering a positive client experience that leads to a lasting interiors partnership for years to come.

What You See Is What You Get

Transparency is vital in how we conduct our business internally and externally, as our primary intention is always to assist our clients in moving forward.

We Are Thought Leaders

Our talented team of professionals is consistently on the pulse of innovative interior products and services, using modern technology and resources to drive the educated design decisions and product selections we recommend.

Compassion & Community

We take a moral responsibility to extend compassion and care for our community by giving back through various service projects, community development activities, and charitable giving.

The Ignitor Bowling Tournament

In September of 2019, our CJ family mourned an unexpected loss with the passing of Daryl Hastings. Daryl was a husband, father, brother-in-law, and son-in-law within our organization, as well as a friend and invaluable team member for 28 years. In honor of his passing, the Hastings family started a foundation to raise money for local youth sports, one of Daryl’s passions. He loved the game of baseball and was a mentor and coach to many kids throughout the area. He was also an avid bowler, bowling in men’s leagues at age 14, and still holds numerous City of Waukesha records. Dog Pound Inc. was set up to support sports opportunities for young athletes within our community. The Hastings’ have gifted over $10,000 since its inception, and plan to continue to grow the fund in Daryl’s honor for many years to come.
