From inspiration to installation

Whether it’s Interior Construction and Remodeling (ICR) or Furniture – or a combination – our process offers structure and choice. With quality checks at key points and the infrastructure to transparently communicate the progress of the project to your team, you can’t go wrong with CJ & Associates, Inc.

  1. Discover – we meet your team, ask questions to define the goals/ideals for the outcome
  2. Design – our design team begins to “sketch” with fabrics, finishes, product ideas, space planning tools creating a living work space for you, based on the information captured during Discover. With continued conversation, the project is honed to final layouts, product pieces, finish palettes which best meet project goals.
  3. Project Pricing + Logistics – the final design is converted into a pricing proposal, with our sales team negotiating the best possible project pricing on your behalf. Our project managers review conditions onsite, check drawings and component documents, shaping schedules and manpower requirements to meet the specifications of the project. For ICR projects, our ICR Project Manager coordinates with trades for scheduling their work as well as our Furniture Project Manager for seamless coverage when we are providing both remodeling and furnishings.
  4. Procurement – Once approved, the details of the final proposal “go live”. Orders are issued with speed and accuracy, tracked and expedited as needed to meet deadlines. Updates are provided to the project team regularly; concerns raised promptly for swift resolution.
  5. Delivery and Installation – Final field verifications take place; pre-install meetings begin. Product (furniture, accessories, remodeling materials) is received in our warehouse, checked for accuracy and quality. The culmination of hours to months of planning and preparation is the arrival of our truck at your door. Furniture is installed according to plan; remodeling performed to schedule; trash and debris removed from your site.
  6. Punchlist + Project Closeout – Our Furniture or ICR  Project Manager or ICR Field Superintendent, will walk the project with you, documenting any issues, explaining everything.
