Interior Designer – Experienced

Be a part of the heart of our company! We are looking for enthusiastic, hard working interior designers! Our client base is Metro Milwaukee and Madison areas and growing throughout the state and region. We service clients from a vast array of industries: financial, healthcare, education, manufacturing, government, municipalities and corporate/professional companies. We design and specify interior remodeling and construction projects as well as complete furniture packages. We are committed to being the #1 office interiors provider in the state, one satisfied client at a time.

We are looking for designers with these skills:

    • Experience: 3-5 years as a commercial interior designer
    • Interpersonal: listening and communicating vision of project from concept to details throughout project cycle to internal and external contacts
    • Time management skills – ability to manage several projects at once
    • Technology – proficient in CAD software; product specification software; generating bills of material, finish schedules and material legends
    • Professional competency – prefer WRID designers either in possession of, or pursuing NCIDQ certification
    • Interior Commercial Construction knowledge – generate detailed construction drawings to include: reflective ceiling plans and general lighting layouts; millwork elevations; flooring layouts for pricing and installation; finish schedules and material legends
    • Budget management – use furniture and remodeling selections to make the most effective use of the project budget
    • Curiosity – excitement for learning about new ideas, products and techniques to provide the ultimate great experience for our clients

Furniture Installer – Entry Level

This position is perfect for the recent high school graduate who would like a full time position working with your hands.
Learn a broad set of skills working with us. You will have the satisfaction of stepping back at the end of the day to see what you built. You will experience a wide variety of project locations. You will be part of an installation team known for their courtesy, respect and professionalism. You will be part of a small company, woman-owned and family run. You will receive the necessary manufacturing training to perform your tasks well.

You will matter.

The skills you will develop in this position are: working in a team as well as independently; mechanical skills to build systems furniture (“cubicles” – these can have hundreds of parts); load/unload trucks; forklift driving; operating a pallet jack; driving a box truck; customer communication skills; read and interpret CAD drawings; follow through and accountability for your work.

What you need: a high school diploma, the ability to lift 50# regularly, 100# occasionally, the willingness to learn and an aptitude for mechanical tasks.
